Terms of payment and cancellation policy for hotel reservations:
1. The payment of the full period reserved is necessary so that we can ensure your booking.
2. After receiving the full payment, we will send a confirmation of your reservation in writing.
3. As this is a period of event and pre-payment to the hotels, all cancellations of confirmed reservations must be requested in writing to the LBM Travel & Tourism (via e-mail - eventos@lbmviagens.com.br), and follow the policy cancellation in accordance with the chosen hotel.
